About Lucici Village
Lucici village nestles in the green hills about Herceg Novi, close to the border with Croatia. This magical and picturesque collection of old stone houses benefits from the most spectacular views of the Bay of Kotor and the Adriatic sea and is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.
Lucici village consists of just twenty-two houses and outbuildings, built originally over 200 years ago. Location
Conveniently positioned very close to the Croatian border and Dubrovnik airport, Lucici is a village that was typical of this region. Situated in the hills just 2km from the Bay above Herceg Novi, Lucici had strong links to the sea and the original inhabitants were mostly sailors and fishermen.
Herceg Novi
At the entrance to Boka Kotorska, officially one of the most beautiful bays in the world, located at the foot of the slopes of Orjen, lies the town of Herceg Novi, a popular destination for both native Montenegrins and overseas visitors. The City has been celebrated by poets and painted by famous artists.
The City's popularity is principally due to its historic attractions including castle Forte Mare, which dates back to 1392, its church in central Belavista Square, the towers and the museum.
The City offers a range of cultural events, based around the Cultural Centre that was established in 1992, such as the Mimosa celebration, theatrical events and a film and music festival.
Bay of Kotor
Boka Kotorska, or Kotor Bay, is a place of stunning natural beauty and a member of the association for the "Most Beautiful Bays in the World". It’s the southern-most fjord in Europe - a vast butterfly shaped expanse of water enclosed by breathtaking mountain scenery.
It’s also a magnet for discerning buyers of overseas property in Montenegro: Many pretty villages and towns dot the shore line.
At the head of the fjord lies the old city of Kotor, which became a protected UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979.

A reservation deposit of €5,000 is required to take your selected apartment off the market. This is refundable for up to 30 days after making your reservation.
We must ask that you sign the full sales contract within 30 days of it being made available, (else the deposit may be forfeited). As the apartments are now completed, full payment is due on signing sales contract.
Financing Options
Unique opportunity to get the key of your newly built apartment for just 50% of the price. The rest payable within 3 years at the minimum interest fee.
